Serving over 22.8 million passengers each year, the airport’s traffic swells up to a maximum during the busy summer months. It is a main base for Spanish airline AirEuropa, and also works as a hub for German airline AirBerlin. At the airport, you can easily rent a car or get an airport shuttle to your resort.
The airport is just five miles (8 kilometers) from Palma de Mallorca city center, and is easily accessibly by public bus.
